She did not submit any art of that character. All she did was get an icon of it. More then half of dA users have fan art icons. She changed it up a bit but that is not a big deal. If it was a problem, dA would have taken care of it by now. If she did something on another website, it has nothing to do with dA, so she is not in threat of being banned.
